On meeting, Mario & Lesley discovered that their real passion was telling musical stories and they believe that ‘Zingaro Blue’ is one of the finest musical endeavors they have ever worked on.
Over the past 13 years, Mario and his wife Lesley, have been writing songs and collecting stories, based on Folk Lore from around the UK.
With 10 albums, 50 music videos, a book and their podcast ‘Folk-a-Dilly Tales’, they are currently working on their 11th album and their 2nd book..
They both believe, all of this, is the best way to keep these, almost, forgotten tales alive.
